More About Christina

I didn’t plan this path. I didn’t search for it. It arrived when life demanded another way. What began as necessity became the foundation of everything I now share.

Roots & Resilience

I grew up in a family that held both love and chaos. A father whose struggles with addiction shaped much of my childhood—and a mother whose resilience and devotion grounded me when everything else felt uncertain.

She showed me what it meant to keep going, to care for others, and to find strength you didn’t know you had. Even in the hardest seasons, she created moments of safety and belief that later became the foundation for my own healing.

Losing & Finding Myself

Despite the love around me, I carried patterns of self-abandonment into my adult relationships. I lost myself trying to earn love and validation, repeating dynamics that felt familiar even when they hurt.

On the surface, I was accomplished—a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a respected Pilates instructor, someone people came to for answers. Inside, I was disconnected from my own intuition, living in constant striving instead of self-trust.

Breathwork, nervous system healing, and subconscious rewiring weren’t trends for me—they were the only tools that worked when nothing else did. They helped me stop trying to fix everything around me and return to my own truth.

Over time, these practices didn’t just heal my body; they reshaped my relationships, deepened my capacity for love, and aligned my life with who I really am. Today, I help others do the same.

The Science

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I studied the mechanics of the body and how trauma imprints on posture, breath, and the nervous system. Neuroscience and psychology gave me language for what I’d lived: regulation and safety are the gateways to change.

The Wisdom

Stoicism taught me that while we can’t control events, we can choose our response. Ancient teachings—and my Cherokee roots—reminded me that coherence, presence, and ritual are technologies of transformation. Research keeps confirming what wisdom always knew.
